Meet The Attorney

Melody Harmon


Melody Harmon has been practicing law for 12 years. She graduated from Willamette Law School in 2004. While in Law School she was the Justice of the Lusk Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, a legal fraternity dedicated to community service. Melody also served as the editor of Willamette Law Online, an online case summary service that covers the US Supreme Court and Oregon Courts.

At the start of her legal career, Melody worked at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, where she gained valuable trial experience and handled a variety of felony and misdemeanor cases. Melody later worked at a private criminal defense law firm focusing in DUI defense, before starting her own practice in 2009. Ms. Harmon has never worked as a prosecutor. She has devoted her career to helping people who are at a low point in their lives, and need an aggressive and compassionate advocate by their side. She has a wide range of experience in handling serious criminal cases in Arizona.

Ms. Harmon is a member of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, Arizona Women Lawyers Association, and the National Trial Lawyers. Ms. Harmon was selected as one of the "Top 40 Under 40"by the National Trial Lawyers.
